I have even tested the situation on another Apple laptop with Outlook but the same results occur.Īpple say it is not an operating system issue, Microsoft want the usual money before they look into it and my IT company, who don't support Apple but have looked into can't seem to find an answer. I have re-installed Office three times, created new identities but without any solution. Clearing the cache on contacts or calender does nothing. The only way to update the latest emails is to clear the cache but it still only downloads 512 emails. Won't sync contacts, calender, notes or tasks. Very recently it stopped syncing and will now only download 512 emails in both the inbox and sent items, will not update as new emails arrive, it has been working fine syncing with Exchange Server. I have been running Outlook for Mac 2011 for 18 months.
